whoo for wonky anatomy. this was taken with my webcam.
So a few days ago, i totally fried my OS by accident. OOPS. My computer was originally designed to have vista, but i didn't have any of my install cds or backups, and the microsoft installations i could find were made of fail and broken/corrupted. After much fussing, 90% of which was trying to find and configure drivers dell refuses to share because THEY DONT WANTS YOU DOWNGRADING, I said fuck microsoft, I'm doing Linux.
Ubuntu works great.. except for a few things. One of which is that my scanner won't work. I followed all the fix instructions-- but my USB bus won't even find it. I tried it on my dad's XP machine, and the same thing happened, leading me to think it's a hardware issue. Regardless of what exactly is the problem.. i am scannerless. Until further notice.
._.; further notice being whenever I manage to wrangle up ~50-60 dollars for a new scanner. X.x Anyone want like... 5 anthro watercolors from me lol? 8D
