Just be wary of the tongue weight. Move weight behind the rear axle (to the far rear of the trailer) of the trailer for ballast. Tongue weight means the difference between an axle breaking in half or not. Its under rated. Your s10 could probably tow it. Tow weight is long tern, hills and such. My little pup truck has pulled a twenty ton mobile home because of a simple dolly I made that removes tongue weight. In 4x4. Not over hills and such. But it pulled AND moved it. In the dirt. My 30 year old 1.8l 4cyl not rated at 20 tons but she did it. If I put 3.5 tons on the rear bumper of my minitruck it'd separate from the frame. If you can imagine it you can do it <3
