I trust it's not supposed to sound like a 33 LP being played at 45 rpm? Strange, but the last few songs you've posted here, Max, have done just that. And there's always like a minute left on the elapsed time meter when it ends.

No, it isn't. Have you tried downloading it and playing it that way? It could be the player integrated with your browser is not reading the file correctly. I had to reduce the sampling rate since FA won't let me upload anything over 4MB.

Apparently my QT player doesn't like the combination of encoding speed and resolution, as it sounds the same played outside the browser. However, WinAmp loves it and plays it properly. So we're good.

My QT player has no trouble with it. What OS are you running under it?

It's an old version of QT running under Win98...and no, I'm not going to upgrade this box. A 700 MHz Celeron handles Win98 fine, but falls flat on any of the newer OS's.
