My life has gone through many twists and turns in the years since I first read those records, but recently I was able to revisit them and get the small amount of information I had.
In the last week, I have gone from not knowing anything about my biological family to not only finding them, but I've now spoken to my mother on the phone and have had conversations with two of my siblings.

So vent piece because there's just a lot of emotion right now and I'm trying to process everything.
