So another status effect that I had in mind if it were in RPG: Flattening! Specifically, disk flattening.
Not sure what's handy for this one. I mean, you could use them as a frisbee for a partner attack but if everyone's a pancake then the only good side is that they can....roll away? Possible. But they can still escape and avoid high attacks.
Downside would be less speed, no phsyical attacks and of course sometimes not to be able to move.
And why does Octive have a red W? Well apparently his major weakness is being squashed or flattened so....keep that in mind. *winks*

Except the RPG format here is Final Fantasy style so I credit Square Enix too
