Another crazy face hat, this time for Fang the Pup! Does he have an FA account I could link to?
One thing I've been doing recently is sewing the tongue down at the tip so it doesn't flop around, and then leaving a little gap between the tip and base, creating a tunnel. In theory you could hang stuff from the tongue, but I don't think that'd really work if you're wearing it...
