If they do help, then certainly. But the game needs to be inherently good enough from the start. Skyrim is... well... I had issues with under a week of play (not to mention it's online/steam requirement). I think I ended up dropping the game after I raised a body so they could carry stuff back to town. When they dropped and turned into ash I was stuck in the same problem I was 60 seconds earlier, and wished there was the mark/recall of Morrowind.

You are talking about Elder Scroll's online? Skyrim doesn't need online support, when play it offline.
Sure mods may cause the game to crash several times.

It still requires steam to be active, and requires to be activated. Which is just as annoying as requiring online support.

Not to mention I've totally dropped all support/trust/confidence for Steam and Valve.

I play it on Offline mode on Steam. Not such big deal until you need turn it on online, when it needs updates.

I refuse to use steam. Doesn't matter if there's an offline mode, it refuses to run when steam isn't installed (and running), and I refuse to install it. It's quite simple.

You bought it from Steam correct? Of course it need Steam for working. Just like every single game from Steam. I don't have any problem with Steam when I play on online or offline.
( Except with EA's Origin system. )

Unless steam ships physical discs than NO, I didn't get it from Steam. It was gifted to me (probably bought from WalMart). Regardless having the disc a key code and Steam are required, even if 99% of the base game is on the disc. This is a case of forced DRM on the product, not a case of getting it via a digital distributor.

I'm all for mods but.... They end up too much work for me, constantly updating and fucking the game over if they clash. Pretty much only get 'mods' for Gmod now, that's exclusively for animation.

Though, I won't deny, if I can find a sex mod, you bet it'll be installed. XD Oh come now, like you guys don't.

And that's why I always carried an RPG with me. XD Seriously, I always had a side-arm (mysterious magnum :3), a rifle (automatic normally) and at least 2 types of explosive (grenade and launcher normally). Funny enough, not for mutants or deathclaws, just for those fucking Legion assassins. -_- Pricks made me waste my ammo god knows how many times.

You can also tell I'm not a Hardcore player. Fuck realism! XD

Well my weapon choise is the MINES. XD Because fun to setting a trap for enemies.

Meh, I just VATS'd my enemies with Bloody Mess. :3 Shot to the head? Off flies your jaw! Shot to the knee? Off goes your arms! Shot to the balls? Massive biological explosion!

God help me, gore is fun. :3 Played all the DLC too, though only really one was worth it. Blood Money, Honest Hearts and Lonesome Road weren't really fun. Old World Blues was awesome though, smutty and funny even without mods.

I rather rely on my followers on gunfights. While I focus on sniping from distance. ( Because game is over if I die. Then why risk your own life, when your followers are immortals. )

Not on Hardcore mode they aren't. But I can understand that, though I still need to pack heat myself. :P In my case, I always went for Veronica and Rex. Rex cos... Well, he's a dog. :3 And Veronica cos, say what you want about the butch lesbian stereotype, but fuck could she punch a deathclaw to death!

To me, Cassy was useless, Raul wasn't much good either, Lily could be both good and bad (she clipped a lot), ED-E was pretty naff and Boon was so so. But I always took Arcade or Veronica with me, A for range, V for melee. Either one could kill a deathclaw without my help, even at level 50. :3

Lily & Rex may be the worst followers I have. Lily is big target and get in my way and sometime she stand front of me, when I try to shot. Rex again gets himself kill quickly.

Rex is good for small targets (or as cannon fodder, which lets me unload into a Deathclaw (Oh my! X3) before he can get close. Sorry, Rexxie...). Lily is... Kinda okay. Her problem really is her size and constantly running into objects.

I'd suggest Veronica, convince her to leave the brotherhood and, if you have the Blood Money DLC, give her the message from her former tutor. +30% attack rate and +150% melee attack speed and 25% chance of knocking down enemies! She basically becomes the Fist of the Mojave. XD Plus she's a walking workbench. I wonder what would've happened if I'd given her the Fist of Rawr...?

I've spent over 1000h playing skyrim and like 200h modding it, lol.
Now only if my PC could run it, that'd be fantastic! :p

Heh, despite me being a brony, I've not once tried this mod. Though I've known about it for years, it just breaks my immersion. I do have a mlp mod called mare in the moon wich is pretty cool.

If this mod looked more realistic (in Yakovlev-vad's style or something alike) I'd probably get it! :D

It was good once. Until Crime Against Nature updated itself and messed a id codes in Pony scroll mod. And authors of the mods are fighting among themselves.

i think i killed my fallout, its packed with mods, i have a cheat room that gives me the most broken weapons ever, like an MIRV mini nuke deliverer pistol, a liberty prime minigun, a rocket minigun, mini nuke minigun, ??????????(which is a double barreled shotgun that shoots gamma rays and has a never ending mag), and so much more... just search up cheat room, look for a picture that litteraly says cheat room in red text, and there you go (i forgot to mention that the cheat room also dives you an immortality ring/god mode ring).
