Here we see the dedicated fluff-butts of the FSP (Furry Space Program) celebrating their achievements out the front of their cutting-edge research centre. Their daring initiatives have pushed back the frontiers of science, revealing wonders never before seen by the eyes of man or beast alike!
Taken at the Tidbinbilla Deep Space Communication Complex just outside of Canberra. It's NASA's main site in the southern hemisphere and regularly communicates with the Curiosity Mars rover, New Horizons, Juno and the Voyager probes. As well, it has THE dish used to relay TV pictures of the Apollo 11 moon landing. I'm saving photos of that for when I get my own suit and will geek out appropriately then.
I have to admit I'm not 100% satisfied with this photo, the colours seem over-saturated and there seems to be blurring at the edges. I have no idea why, other photos I took (which are less well-composed) don't have that. Weird.
Wayyyy too many suiters to name.
