Ichigo_fox713, (PS4 gametag), or Ichigo as I like to call him, likes cutting the rope in the Division, dark zone.
In the dark zone, you have to extract loot in order to use them, and players can kill you and steal it off your corpse.
When extracting, there's a rope that allows you to cut and steal the items from there. Ichigo being the fox he is, always wants to cut it whenever he sees it, but I don't always allow it.

Cutting the rope has a good and bad side to it, good: whatever falls to the ground is yours. Bad: start to cut the rope marks you as rouge, and players will find you to kill and earn a bounty. Not to mention when cutting the rope, you're vulnerable for a few seoncds, unless you have a group with you to cover. Again, it's hard to find allies in the dark zone.
