Thanks, close fitting clothing such as a bathing suit are fairly simple to copy the existing skin mesh and deformations, scale it out from the body by a tiny bit, then edit the edges into the desired shape and apply the desired material.
The complicated bit is adding new elements such as the rings and getting it stay in the right spot during animation and new poses. In the case of the rings I locked them to her hip bone and lower back, the rest of the cloth follows her skin tight.
Shes fully modeled underneath her clothes so I can show, or hide clothing sets by simply changing the visible render layers.

Ahhhh neat! I always had issues modeling clothing. even though I took a class in 3D character modeling hahaha.
Do you do all the rigging yourself as well?? Rigging was really hard as well, but it was the most satisfying part in the modeling process because then you can start animating and making your creation move!!

Yes, she's fairly well rigged, with quite some room for improvement. In most cases I use the existing meta rigs in blender to start and then custom build from there. There isn't much point building all the way from scratch when a pretty solid base is already existing.
The mesh is built from scratch, the rigs start from an customized existing base.
My galley (scraps?) Contains a view of some of her rigging.
