easy way to get rid (most of) the white dots before they even appear
anyway
step 1 - make lines own layer ( white taken out, only black values, and set it to "multiply" in blending options)
step 2 - make new layer
step 3 - use the "magic wand tool" its your friend =3, be sure those 4 boxes on the top left, be sure you have the one with 2 solid boxes selected (means you can chose more then one area at a time)
step 4 - select all regions you want to color as ONE COLOR (like all areas to be red)
step 5 - go into the "select" menu in there go yo "modify", in modify, select "expand"
step 6 - chose amount of pixels you want to expand to, (1-3) is generally good, depending on how thick your lines are
step 7 - color in those areas, and BOOM no white dots (maybe a few in tight corners, but MEH)
