Commentary:
Well uh... those last two panels were interesting to draw backgrounds for. And by interesting, I mean complicated. This is the best I can do for now I guess.

Also I decided to make this scene at night. Meaning that so far every chapter thus far has had at least one daytime and one nighttime scene. I figured that Bandit would actually need some time to wake up from his knock out before they held their meeting. So it being night time makes more sense.

パリン reads as "parin" which is used for a crash.
