We learned an important lesson while doing the Zebra here:
TAPE AND RUBBER DONT MIX!!!!
I had wanted to get nice and sharp zebra lines on the mask. Sadly, this was not to be as even the transfer tape we used, which isnt that tacky when felt by hand, Sticks to Rubber like a MoFo!!! When we tried to pull the tape off, it wouldnt pull off easily, and it was marring the rubber underneath.
So: i ended up grinding the entire first layer off, and re-shiny-coated the head with black latex. Kat had the photos we took of the tape job, so she used that as a reference and drew outlines of the stripes back onto the mask using a led clicky pencil, around which she painted the white.
The result came out quite nice.
