I'm liking the warm color palette here and the slightly laid back pose your character has. The outline effect around the character adds a nice stylistic touch to the piece as well.
The only thing I would change on this piece is to angle the clipboard a little more from the body so as to strengthen the silhouette. This would improve the readability of the pose, in my opinion : )
Other than that, it's a nice character study.
