My PF build for Ranger would be Deep Walker (replaces fav terrain/camoflage/wood stride with caving and dungeoneering features), Guide (replaces fav enemy/evasion/quarry with ability to focus enemies in combat and mobility/defensive options), and Blackthorn (spellcasting is spontaneous as per bloodrager, gain +1 spell known per level from wizard schools of abjuration, conjuration and necromancy, but can't cast any summoning spells, non-good only). ^__^

For the alchemist, I went with ranged weapon feats for the Longbow I picked up after choosing Grenadier archetype. Infusion discovery for handing out extracts to the party, explosive arrow discovery to strap Alchemist Bombs to Raining Arrows loaded with hybrid alchemist's fire/acid into the payload chamber after combining both alchemical weapons into one container via the hybridization funnel.
-2 to hit (1d8+2 (+3 if within 30 ft) piercing, 1d6 acid, 1d6 fire +1d6 fire after 1 rd. if not put out when on fire, 5' radius: 1 fire, 1 acid dmg and can also include bomb payload of 3d6+8 damage)
This is at level 5. X)
At level 6, I'm going with:
Tenacious Invisibility, extracts or mutagens which create invisibility last for 4 additional rounds if the invis creature attacks, DC to dispel increased by 4. (number of rounds + DC increase = character's CHAmod)
