Tegon is probably out splashing around in puddles
Knowing Tegon, they are probably big, brown puddles that smell suspiciously like cocoa or coffee, his screams being drowned out by game noises as he tries to get away from the approaching snout, you can almost see him in there if you squint really hard....
But thats probably just my imagination
