This is Cyrus Grey, he is considered one of the best agents in ONI. He is the brother of Erin Vadam and brother in law of Riley Vadam. When Grey first met Riley, he was a little nervous at first around Riley, since he happened to be a Sangheili. As a way to gain Greys trust, Riley rescued Erin from insurrectionist forces, Riley and Erin fell in love, causing Grey to nearly passed out. Grey wanted his sister to find love, but so soon.
