A character design from a canceled commission, there wasn't much specification on the details of the character Other than my take on a chubby but powerful Ogre/Orc girl, so I just winged it, added some flats to the revised sketch and made some color variants. The first one I can't help but think of Poison Ivy from Batman and the second kind gives me an italian or hispanic latin vibe, I often forget how color alone can impact the feeling of a picture.
Since there wasn't any specifications for the character as a character with personality the original sketch came out as kind of a nerdy but sexy tabletop DnD playing type of character which made me imagine an orc playing as an orc in a world of warcraft type game and for some reason I thought that was very humorous.

Im not really sure, I believe I retain all the rights to the character since it was cancelled and won't be used for its intended use and that it's not an oc or based on any Ip.
She looks very much like my troll species of characters so It could be possible to make her a character of my goblin pics.
Although I kinda feel like the second color variant looks pretty good and might be better as a stand alone colored pic.

You do hold the rights to it as far as I know, since the person who asked you to draw her no longer wants her, the rights stay with the artist I think.
I reckon you could use both the first and second variants as separate characters I think, they both look like they're full of potential for future arts ^^
