Speed sketch/doodle/drawing after I woke up from a particularly disturbing nap while recovering from my wisdom teeth removal. I don't remember the details, save this one part and even then I don't really do it much justice.

Still it was fun to work out and not something I normally do. Errors galore, but I'm not going to touch this one up.
