I work in paint tool sai, it's got a great stabilizer. Lines also come out a lot more natural looking when it's done in one quick stroke so I end up retrying each line until it looks right. After all of that I also add a slight blur effect to all my lines in Photoshop which also kind of hides any jagginess in the line.
