This is an updated sheet of my TG-sona featuring a more refined look. I felt her proportions in the original sheet were off somewhat and I wanted to update her outfit with a bit more versatility and color. I still like the idea of having most of her body covered by dark undergarments, though. I've also made tiny changes in height and hair length for reasons too boring for anyone but me to care about.
I'm still not sure about the outfit color. I tried a two-tone purple, but it didn't gel with me. This blue seems kind of dull, but anything more saturated started to bother my eyes. I may reupload this at some point if I find more appealing colors.

Oh, trust me. Minute design details are never too boring for me. I can understand that it might be the sort of technical/personal nonsense better left unshared with the general public, so I won't prod you on that any further.
I used to be rather into TG myself, but over the years my interest there mutated more into what I've dubbed gender augmentation, pushing people deeper into their respective sides on the masculine/feminine spectrum. There's a lot to explore in what we imagine as the ideal thereof, when you start asking yourself how to make someone more their own gender, though the traditional perspective flip still has plenty of room for introspection and storytelling. Still, it has meant that lately I've been far more secure in my own gender, so perhaps I don't draw as much insight from having a character specifically to explore the opposite sex as you might be able to.
I'm afraid I won't be much help on the choice of color coordination, though I might make whatever insights I can. Rowena's natural color is rather pale, so she would suit more bright and pastel tones in general, modulated for the right amount of contrast (too pale would still make her look washed out). This is perhaps at odds with your desire to retain dark undergarments, though I suspect you'd find more satisfying color combinations if you made those a bit brighter, or perhaps de-emphasized their visible body coverage in favor of being more of an accent color. It's your TG-sona though, so ultimately you have to do what's right for you.
I notice that you mentioned a vulnerability for hypnotism in her bio. Does this include affects beyond her perception-altering personality filter when in various transformed states, or is it specific to them? I'd be curious as to what other ideas you've had there.

The bio I wrote intentionally leaves it open to interpretation so that I can apply all sorts of changes to her without necessarily needing a specific trigger or circumstance. Triggers can also have unexpected effects on her that aren't normally associated with those types of triggers. Say that you used basic hypnosis to make her cluck like a chicken. Not only would she believe she was a chicken, but she'd probably also grow feathers, a beak, etc, even if you had no power to change her physical form. The "chaotic magical energy space-hypertime continuum force" that TG'ed her operates without rhyme or reason.
