As of version 11, Anime Studio acquired a frame-by-frame animation feature.
I'll need to check it out then. As much as I like TVP it is very taxing on disk space since it's not vector based. Actually, even Flash (now adobe animate) is starting to look good. One thing I've never really liked about vector animating is the line work looking overly vectory. I need to look into these things before starting my next short.
