He is in a constant state of electric charge (provided by his abstract form of nuclear decay for energy) allowing him to discharge bolts of electricity from his green areas. Low–medium levels of radiation are found around him, as his decay releases particles to his surrounding area. This can be sensed by a small rise in the ambient temperature. Curiously, this radiation is far less dangerous than normal, so no caution is to be taken in his presence. It has been discovered that along with his field of radiation, a strong electric field can be found about 1.5 meters around him. This field has results similar to that of a Tesla Coil, in that it can wirelessly induce current in nearby conductors. Making contact with him allows him to "feed" current through his body. This makes him very useful in power outages.
