This is Sgt. Jackson Bennings and I know what your thinking. Wasn't Bennings human? Not any more you can thank the enclave for that. Poor Bennings was beaten then thrown into a puddle of radioactive ooze by the enlaves field officer and second in command of General Van Rooke, Olympia Grant. No one really knows what Bennings mutated into but he's still know as a good soldier, even he doesn't look like one.
