Sometimes even a giant Yoshi feels down, need a good hug from a good friend, but when you are simply too big what can you do? It's simple: make your dracostreex friend grow so he can hug you to his chest.
But the big Yoshi is too proud to admit he needed a hug, that's the reason of that expression toward the camera. Or maybe you caught them in another kind of moment, it's free to interpretation.
