Your character looks like a dragon, and I think that it could be depicted here. However, its neck is shorter than calculated in the picture. If art change so that it fit the character, the result might not be very good. However, if the character to change to match the pattern then everything will be fine. In this case, your character will be a little long-necked as shown here.
