“Does she scare you a little? Good.
She should make you fear her, so that when she lets you be a part of her life, you won’t take it lightly. She should remind you of the power that beauty brings, the storm that resides in her veins, and even through that ferocity, she still wants you in the middle of it all. Do not take this soul for granted, for she is fierce and she can take you places that you never thought you could go; but she is still loving in the midst of it all, like the calm rain after a storm...Learn, cherish, and respect her; for she is much more than a pretty face, she is a soul on fire…”
I’m not going to write a description for this piece because I think the quote/saying above speaks for this piece better than I could in describing Whisper and the beauty which is her fury.
However, I do want to thank Teumes for this wonderful piece! She is one of the few artists that can capture Whisper looking fierce…yet beautiful at the same time, something that is very difficult to pull off. Please go watch her- she is a joy to work with and such a sweet artist~

scare me.. no .. not exactly cause a moment of respect and grace in an old wolfs mind towards a creature who deserves it ..yes. yes a formatable opponent or simply a friend, only measurements of the blades of time would be able to tell truly a respectable creature if this one might say may your storm bring strength and honor to you and your family -bows slightly-
See, this is the kind of art that I love seeing your character in!
The dual natured theme as you described is executed so nicely that all I could do after seeing this was hit that favorite button.
Is the katana intentionally drawn to appear reverse-bladed? Just curious if that was an oversight or if Whisper uses a weapon like that. :)

Thank you so much! I am glad you like it...I have to admit this is probably one of my favorite commissions I have received this summer of her.
Ooh, I honestly didn't think anyone would catch that it's a sakabatō...very nice! I think it was artistic freedom on the artist's part (I just told her to draw Whisper holding a katana, haha). However I really, really liked how it turned out, that and it is very rare to see reverse bladed swords, much less people capable of wielding them properly. Whisper doesn't have a "default" weapon she uses though- she prefers katanas but she's been known to use anything that is available- maces, axes, bats...or just hand to hand combat if she's really feeling spunky and her opponent can keep up with her!

Ah, a jack of all trades! Very impressive resume, I must say!
I just took a brief look through your gallery to check and now I'm putting in the official request!
She needs to be featured dual wielding something. A pair of katanas swiftly used to literally disarm an opponent, for example! I dunno! I just think it requires finesse and skill, two things I'm sure she is full of!

Thank you kindly! As her creator, I made sure she was trained in almost all forms of combat and weaponry to deal with any foes that may cross her path- otherwise she wouldn't be much of a warrior or fighter right?
Using swords to disarm an opponent? I like the way you think! Especially since I do not see many people doing that...interesting. Her dual wielding swords is my favorite type of art...trust me, I would get WAY more but it's hard finding artists that draw weapons and armor well or don't charge an arm and a leg to do so.

As her creator, I should have put a warning label on her but then I thought to myself, "Let natural selection weed out the idiots that are weak or dumb enough to get on her bad side..." (besides the planet is totally overpopulated so she's really doing the world a favor, haha)
