Leitfaden lives in the mountains, acting as a sort of guardian to the wildlife that resides there. He is friends with Schutz, aka "Sleepy", who resides on a beach nearby his mountain home. Leitfaden is more outgoing and mischievous. He is much younger the Sleepy and it shows!
Leitfaden is slim and has a long body, and he is very quick and agile. He likes to sneak onto camps and eat all the yummy food the campers bring with them. While very playful, Leitfaden is also a kind soul who will help lost hikers down from his mountain.
