It's super effective!
In my story A Game of Foxes and Badgers (seen exclusively on FA), an operative with the Imperial Japanese Embassy sneaks onto the Moon Island RINS base to menace or abduct Ranua Milikonu's wife Miri, who was home alone with their baby Tainafi at the time.
What the intruder didn't know was that Miri trained with the Spontoon Guides. She saw his reflection in a nearby breadbox, and used Tainafi's soiled diaper to good effect.
She followed it up with a kitchen chair, of course. You have to have a good finishing move.
