Yes, it does! It's hard to see in the picture - not to mention the model it's on has a very long neck so it makes the fur look even shorter - but there's about six inches of brown and white neck fur that come to the shoulders on a real person. If the winner would like the neck fur extended I can do that no problem and at no extra charge (unless they want a zipper or velcro, that would be a little extra.)
