Here is what I got at the moment for the possible tournament I might run.
1) The characters will be done in an almost chibi manner.
2A) They will battle on the same field but w/ different backgrounds each time.
2B) There will be no advantages, disadvantages, powers, weapons or anything but the participants luck in their battle strategy.
3A) The battle system will be Rock/Paper/Scissors.
3B) That could be best of 3, 4 or 5.
3C) The choices of the 3 (rock, paper, scissors) will all be made by the participants and will cycle through all their choices.
4) The order of the combatants will be given a number and from there will be randomized.
