Personality: a sarcastic and snarky guy how enjoy a pissing off his enemies or people he doesn't like even if they can hurt him. He talks passive aggressive when mad or annoyed. But does act chill and calm around people he likes and tries to tell jokes or funny short stories, he also likes to show making different forms of light weapons that do the same thing just cause he wants style.

Abilities: Photokinesis/photo mancy. His body can absorb the surrounding like and convert it into speed and light weaponry other things like holographic decoys
Photosynthetic: can also convert light into food meaning he doesn't need to eat muck but does occasional need a snack if he's no getting enough light. Can see infrared and ultraviolet light.

Light weapons:
Light rod: can be in any shaper or form but same purpose as a melee weapon.

Proton density: allows him to focus on how damaging his light attacks can be from being thin holograms to steel punching lasers. He usually keeps it around third degree burn level.

Light blast: like light rod any shape or form but same purpuse as a range attack.

Laser: a weaker steady stream of light meant for cutting tool purposes and can also be used to burn wounds shut.

Laser/flash absorption: if he gets shot with a laser or hit with a flash bang instead of being blinded or hurt his body will absorb it and temporary power him up to a higher light level. Sometimes his allies will intentionally flashbang him or take a flash picture to buff him.

Light skating: how Tehno flies think how ice man flies but with light instead of ice.( Cannot be done on Dark night or indoors or lower light levers)

Invisibility: can bend light around him to be invisible if he doesn't move too much and needs to hide at any light level.

Hologram: can make a sound less holographic decoy that can use light weapons but fades when hit or if Techno loses eyesight of it.yeah he has to be looking at his own decoy to keep it to keep it there. (Can't be done at night and lower light levers

Weaknesses: he's not durable guns and and other weapons can hurt him like he was normal person.
He's has averaged person reflexes and like his co-leader Night said once after shooting him " I don't need to be faster than you I just need to be faster than your reflexes.
He also can't block with his light.
his speed and light power are connected to how light is hitting him. The darker it is the slower and less powerful he gets.

Broad daylight: can move at light speed and make big long and powerful light weapons.

Cloudy: goes about sound speed light weapons half big and power as broad daylight.

Bright night/ well light indoors: 60mph speed has to rely on moon light or the city lights for speed and above average light weapons

Dark night/ indoors: 30mph and more sized light weapons.

Low light: normal speed has to be stealthy in this weak light weapons.

Compete darkness: can't do anything with his powers. Has to use his smart sleeve to fuel his powers.
