That's her name (for now). She's a prostitute, and known to the police in late 1930s Minneapolis and Saint Paul, where she's jokingly referred to as "The Tail of Two Cities."

She looks like she's in her twenties, but don't let that fool you. This girl's been around the block a time or two, something that endeared her to certain people of a criminal persuasion who needed her as the bait for an elaborate trap.

Eileen appears in Chapter 235 of Luck of the Dragon on the Spontoon Island website, and may show up in future chapters.
