So I know I normally draw my boss as a spearow, and that I normally go for the "more bird than human look"
But this time I wanted to try just drawing an anthro version, It wasn't a topic before because, when I asked her what she prefered, she said most animal like and besides in the beginning I didn't even feel close to skilled enough to try it, but now I really wanted to try it now. for various reasons, some which I won't mention here.

So in the end I actually came out kind of neat, except for the tailfeathers on the version showing the back, cuz that is a little off. it's supposed to be straight and neat, but yeah.. I will work on that :D
And I also think this resembles my boss in a good way, in terms of personality. At least the way I see her. She is a very bright cookie. She is normally ten steps a head of me, and she is really really smart, good to solve problems on the go and it's easy to see why she fits as a boss. she is a natural.
