Yep, another Tier 3 level personal art. This time I felt like featuring Javelin the skyfin flying at high speeds and potentially "swam" through the clouds above which hints he can fly pretty high up there. Come to think of it, since his species of dolphin is psychic minded and is easily capable of flying. He may have a lot in common with latios as far as psychic abilities go. But being more robustly built in muscle mass and blubber as well as being over twice as large as a typical lati. (He's 13.5 feet long) He does have helium sacs to allow himself to get lighter for flight. His general life style would be 75 percent aquatic, 25 percent air/land.
