I am working on the design of my anthro characters, and thinking of a setting for them.

So here is Darhan, my second rat char. I am still working on his design, story and personality.
He is a sewer rat, with an unhealthy, peeled fur. He has glowing marks and his tail is also glowing when in the dark.
He is part of the 10% of the population that was affected by a mysterious disaster that gave them magical powers with various effects. Even if he doesn't look that fit, he is stronger than he should because of this magic. He is a fighter, and a bit of a sociopath.
