I wanted to draw a really cool unicorn, but as I coloured it, it ended up looking horribly kitch. I wish someone could teach me how to draw proper backgrounds.

Well, I agree that a hand-drawn bg is always better... It's just that this time I wanted to make a very detailed background - the way I have seen you do. Alas, it didn't end up looking the way I'd have wanted, so I added a lot of motion blur to hide my mistakes. *blushes* =D
It feels good to hear you say so, Mikori. I guess that artists (or doodlists, as I prefer to be called) are never satisfied with their stuff. ^_^
