Redesign- Piper the Phantom
I've been on a huge Sonic kick so I decided to draw my oldest OC out of the bunch again. Piper is a ghost taking the form of a tenrec and is technically a Flight type. For his redesign, I tried to cut back a bit on all the blue tones he had all over his design before because it made it hard to distinguish parts of him.
