I wish my scanner could have saved all the detail. every strip of plate had legible words on it, like "Oh my god who has the time to write this tiny stuff?" and "I'm just trying to fill space with random words, and on the second plate under the back skull contains "the game the game the game" repeating......I got BORED

I love the ton of detail work in this! Especally how you can see the shield through the wrappings.

Why that part sticks out to me, I don't know. But I like it!

I love how you didn't give him the stereotypical black battle worn Anti-Paladin/Death Knight armor. Keeping the bright silver with gold lacing really emphasizes the fact he was once a paladin and the replacement of his holy symbols with death symbols shows that he's fallen from his path. From a distance one would think he was a normal paladin, but once they got close they would realize they were dead wrong.

Excellent work (although I am sure you get that a lot) reminds me of a friend of mine. He too is a fallen Paladin. Makes me kinda sad thinking back. But you did do an amazing job on the armor and the details you add into almost all of your work always astounds me.

we could find whole new universes within the detail you put in your work. seriously

Took me quite a while to figure out he's seen from the side, cutting a quick turn to his left, shield behind him. Not sure -why- precisely.
The skull on his back looks a lot like a spaulder, I think, which probably caused some of the confusion. Also the lighting on the top rim of the shield is a bit different, which throws off attempted perception. x_x

It looks good, don't get me wrong. Just that it's a bit confusing, visually.

of course he has appeared in cutscenes of the regular Warcraft real-time strategies, but only in Wrath of the lich king do you get to see his character up close and personal, and see why he sunk into insanity, killing people in a competition with Mal'ganis

A big strong warrior, clad in armor, armed too the teeth and... wearing glasses. That's a really nice touch.

Love the coloring on this. It really adds a dramatic feel to it. Along with the little details, like how the eyes seem to glow.
