Whoo a badge for a fellow fox in preparation of FWA. :) Got to ink this one in Illustrator actually and I think was a decent improvement despite the fact I haven't touch Illustrator in years. Hehe. Might be too small now to really notice but the lines came out a lot more dynamic, I swear! :D Either way pretty happy with the results and was fun, which is the important thing....right??

Great as always! Cute character, excellent pose and posture, and the line work is excellent! Just the right amount to convey the furriness of the subject (in the literal sense :), and I especially like how you made some lines darker for important edges and others lighter for subtle details; it's very visually effective, and done very well. :)
You're welcome. :) As I said, you did an excellent job on the line work, both the lines and their colors are, I think, perfectly detailed and balanced; not too detailed as to distract, and, especially with your shading (also good btw), it doesn't feel like there's any detail lacking.

I wasn't even on ink and paper before, I was using photoshop pen tool to mark paths and then stroking them at different line weights. Took quite awhile. :P I do like how it looks in Illustrator! Though have to export at like 600 dpi in order to keep the lines smooth looking but still worth it I think. :)
wow... me really likes... your arts have improved immensely! Just saying that for your benefit =P because I know you are your worst critic. You know I have always enjoyed your arts and I am glad to see you are "broadening the horizon" with them. :)

Awwww, thanks Sasha! Not sure if drawing yet another fox is broadening my horizons yet though. ;) Unless you meant badges in general. :D I appreciate that though! And yeah I've not made it to Lupine's in awhile. Hopefully once the weather gets warmer and we can do volleyball again I'll be out there.
