In Mists Wrathion and Anduin developed a friendship I should say. They'd regularly banter and debate various topics, namely what is best for Azeroth. Two like minded individuals but with different thought processes for handling certain situations. Anduin is a very diplomatic, forgiving person who thinks there is good in most people. Wrathion on the other hand thinks most people need someone powerful to lead them and direct their ethical direction.
