i really like this character of his, he's like the mixture of cool and cute at the same time that i just love on characters xD
And he is veeeery 'cool' ;3 he has the ability to control ice and i also had fun creating this pose for him and the ice effects :3 They're simple but i hope they're neat enough.
He doesn't like being called 'shorty' so don't do it or you might get a cold shoulder treatment :3 ...XD
