This is basically a compilation of all the kinds of eyes I've drawn in my art, for the most part brought to the [still unremarkable] quality my art usually is these days. I find it hard to decide if I should stick to a particular style or vary style by character. I guess species can be an obvious deciding factor in a number of cases.
I came up with these eye styles in a combination of just using whatever worked in my art for a particular situation, or taking and combining inspiration from multiple sources.
So I'd like to hear you peoples' thoughts on what you prefer. I get that there is a lot of variation in pupil and iris size, so I don't mind if you want to be as specific as saying you prefer one eye shape, and and the iris and pupil size of another. Constructive criticism is also very much welcome, as I am always looking for ways to make the eyes I draw look better.
