Talon Fashion - Crow Boots for Ian Corvid
Commissioned work for 
IanCorvid, the final design in the Talon Fashion series designing versatile footwear for corvids. This time we have a pair of heavy-duty work boots, suitable for keeping the feet safe from all sorts of hazards and stomping on pretty much anything that might get in your way. I'm really happy with how this design came out, looking all heavy and impressive but still preserving the three-toed bird foot shape. I think this is the design I'm most proud of from the whole set to be honest! Nice and imposing and dominant. Good for terrorising and/or storing micros. If you're into that sort of thing.

Yeah! This is the last of the ones we originally agreed I'd do. We might revisit the project if more ideas surface in the future. It's fun; neither of us were really sure if a pair of heavy boots could really work on bird feet... either they'd just look like clown shoes trying to cover all the toes at once, or having individual toes wouldn't look rugged enough. But I'm really pleased with how they came out; I think they look rugged and stompy and sturdy while still having the separate toes and looking 'bird-like.' Very much in love with these. ^^
Glad you like them! The big thing I've done is a more dragon-type assortment of paw-wear which you can see here: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/5781424/ I mostly had dragon paws in mind but a lot of the designs could be adapted to various species I'd think. ^^

This looks absolutely amazing! I love all of your fashion designs, but these boots have always been my favourite. We don't have closely enough good content like this...

Thanks so much! :) I'm really happy with how these came out. And yeah, I'm perfectly happy with other people using my boot designs or ideas inspired by them! As you say, there just isn't enough content like this and I'm always a fan of seeing more booted paws around. ;) I appreciate you asking!
