I've been playing around with new ideas for a while now; the biggest of which is the idea of separate limbs for wings which I've incorporated and tried out in previous images.
The issue with wings like these is clothes become more of a pain to wear and huge wings mean you aren't necessarily stealthy, small and agile any more (unless you are in the air).
Another change I included in this image is the idea of a new "crown" of feathers. previously my fursona had a simple cone of feathers meeting at a point; this turned out to be quite common with most avians so I turned back to images of my secondary species, hoopoes, for a new idea in which I now have a fan-able crown of feathers which I can raise and lower depending on my mood or other expressions. (I have a second image showcasing the crown of feathers batter HERE)
Let me know what you guys think of the changes!
This image is still a work in progress, I still need to alter and brighten some of the colours and fix some lines here and there; otherwise the ideas are here to judge.
