I'm working on her profile and thinking between two choices on her past. Modern day she's a rich Crime Boss who runs a large gang she calls the Decker's Gang. And she has a large Casino which serves also as her own personal HQ. She's a large time villain that has a high price on her head.

A lot to say really, they want to make each other's life harder for the other while trying to occasionally kill one another (hard to think these two actually once made out... Maybe that has something to do with it?) and are constantly trying to best the other in just about anything to be the better woman and gunslinger

Zhaneel probably is better, she knows how to hand rifles really well as well as pistols and knifes and kills high time targets for a living
Mischief runs a gang and rarely takes on a target herself and mostly relies on her gang members if not her personal assassin to deal with pesky targets
