Umm, yeah.. he's an agent of some sort becuase I said so. I dunno his story yet though. But this isn't his normal attire.

*watching from the back of the club, the cloaked basilisk runs his cold forked tongue over his lips.*
"I mussssst watch out for thisssss Nine...he could be trouble..."
*he sneaks out, his long whip-like tail's tip dragging slightly on the floor and into the shadow of the alley, his light green scaled becoming black, sinking into the darkness.*
*all the while, Eddy is ogling, sad he can't do anything to the straight boy.* :'(

He's a cute little thing, makes it easy to sway others with his innocent features but his age kind of deters the possibility of anyone doing anything "bad" with him, but he's too darn cute!
His fur markings remind me of a Fur Skin I have for my Avatar on IMVU; so I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess its either meant to be a kind of Hyena or an Aardwolf
