I'd usually say the worst are the ones in Dark Souls but honestly I hate the Mimics in Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia the most since they have no weaknesses, take forever to kill, deal a lot of damage, and don't even have drop items. I definately like it more when I get a cool drop after having to deal with their shit and it makes sense considering that they're treasure chests.
