So made this today at work. It called Kransekake which is a Danish and Norwegian pastry normally served at special occasion such as weddings. We had a couple wanting to get a wedding cake from us so to be nice my manager offered this to them as a deal. I fun as it was to make it sucks because we barely broke even on it because the couple decided to go with someone else for the main wedding cake. So there went the $700 dollars my manager thought we were going to make off the main wedding cake.
