We don't currently have toony eyes to fit it, and i'm working off of memory here xD; (Not at the shop over the weekend) but I believe short tongues like the rat/bunny would fit, and perhaps even the small feline, but i'd need to check for sure. As far as jawsets go, I know she made the chibi teeth to fit this one, and then of course the small toony teeth would as well; i'd have to check the jawsets in the head to know for sure which ones would fit before giving you a definite on that, and then depending on which jawset bottoms fit, you'd know what tongues fit. :D
Hiya!
We do plan to make some of those types of noses available in plastic/silicone, just need to get around to making the molds. :)
Also, we don't really have the time to do any hollowing, especially since it's best done with the face of the person going to be wearing it readily available, so that it's done perfectly. ^^; Sorry!

I know we haven't had the time to make one yet, but she did hollow out a few at anthrocon at the table. It's so crazy easy xD
On the toony heads, and you can kind of see it on the picture of the back shot of it, there's a definite line between the firmer foam, and the softer foam. You just cut along that line and pop out the middle area with a box cutter. Once you get the main chunk out, you then start putting it up to your head and carving it out in specific areas until it fits you perfectly and then you won't need to add any padding because it was hollowed out to fit your face. :3
